Material management has the following principles. 1) First in, first out principle (FIFO) ① Materials and products with different storage times in the same state shall be distributed in the order of their storage time when they are distributed; ②The order in which materials and products with different states and different storage times are distributed is: trial production materials-returned materials from the production line-re-inspected materials-new materials from the manufacturer; ③The distribution order of materials and products in different states at the same storage time is: trial production materials-returned materials from the production line-re-inspected materials-specially collected materials-allowed to receive materials. 2) The principle of locking the warehouse location A certain material is fixed in a certain location, and the location of the physical object must be consistent with that in the computer system. The location code is as important as a person's home address. Without a fixed location, relevant materials cannot be found quickly. 3) The principle of special materials The materials of the corresponding order shall not be misappropriated at will. 4) ABC management principles of inventory The quantity of Class A materials may only account for 10 to 15% of the inventory, but the value of the goods can account for 60 to 70% of the inventory value.%; The quantity of Class B materials may only account for 20~35% of the inventory, but the value of the goods can account for 15~20% of the inventory value.%; The quantity of Category C materials may account for 50 to 70% of the inventory, but the value of the goods may account for 5 to 10% of the inventory value. Therefore, it is necessary to strictly control the key minority and the secondary majority, that is, to strictly control the two types of materials A and B. 5) The principle of "six do not enter" ① If there is a delivery note but no physical object, you cannot go through the warehousing procedures; ② If there is a physical object without a delivery note or related bills, you cannot go through the warehousing procedures (urgent material purchases can be temporarily written on behalf of the relevant information); ③If the quantity, specification, and model of the incoming material are different from the delivery order, the warehousing procedures cannot be completed; ④ If the IQC inspection fails, and the leader does not sign and agree to use it, the warehousing procedures cannot be completed; ⑤If you receive it first without entering the warehouse, you cannot go through the warehousing procedures (you can enter and issue the same form at the same time); ⑥If the delivery note or invoice is not the original, it cannot go through the warehousing procedures.
